I had a lot of questions for our first Disney vacation. Jacqueline was very patient with me and helped whenever I had a question or needed more explanations because I wasn't sure of the planning process. I would use Jacqueline again to plan another trip!

I had never used a travel agent until Jacqueline. A bunch of my friends wanted to go on a trip to Mexico together, and one of my friends worked with Jacqueline for the whole experience. She made everything so easy, especially trying to coordinate travel with 10 people who all lived in different states.
Our trip was amazing and I did not worry about anything leading up to the trip. After that experience, I will only use travel agents now when planning my trips and have worked with Jacqueline on 3 other trips. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and gives great information regarding different places and what her opinion on those places are. I seriously do not have a single worry when planning a trip with her.
